If you would like to become a wholesale distributor for XtremeSportsDoc, simply complete our online Wholesale Request Application

It's FAST - FREE and Secure! There are NO FEES to apply, however you will need to have a valid Vendor's License to become an approved resaler. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for your application to be approved.

We require a $ 150.00 minimum order. Our delivery time ranges from 3-4 weeks. Order are shipped by way of UPS Ground (or UPS Standard to Canada)
